Navigate to Vendor Dashboard > Settings > Store
Edit Store Banner
- Click Upload Banner or click on the uploaded banner image
- You can upload a suitable size banner image or upload another size image and crop it on the website
Image size: 1920px (W) x 500px (H)
The blue frame is the size of the banner image when browsing your store page on the computer.
The red frame is the display area of the banner image when browsing your store on the mobile phone, and the size ratio is 1050px (W) x 500px (H).
Therefore, please place the important information in the banner image within the red frame, so that customers cannot see the area outside the red frame when they browse your store on their mobile phones.
Edit Profile Picture
- Click on your uploaded profile picture or click Upload Photo in the Profile Picture column
Recommended profile picture size: 200px x 200px
Profile picture will be displayed on your store page
Edit Biography
- Enter your band information or biography in the Biography column, you can also add photos.
Biography will be displayed on your store page and product page.
