Thank you for shopping at Noise Origin. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item. We won’t settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
- You communicated with us via email within 7 days of receipt.
- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- The item must be free of make-up, deodorant or any other stains.
- The item is in the original packaging.
- A copy of the original proof of purchase is included.
- The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of original order date.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your package.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once received, returns are processed within 7 days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us at customersupport@noiseorigin.com with a photo of the defect, within 7 days from the delivery date. We will send you a replacement to you at no cost.
